3. Группа PERFECT: auxiliary "to have". "To have" требует -ed participle смыслового глагола и, аналогично группе PROGRESSIVE, два времени в этой группе соответствуют формам настоящего и прошедшего времени auxiliary "to have".
PRESENT PERFECT:
I have done it. She has never seen a white man. Jack has never lived in N.Y. all his life. We have divorced. People have forgotten the lesson the world taught them.
PAST PERFECT:
I had never done it before. It had never been like this before we got married. Paul hadn't had a slightest headache before he met a doctor. They had lived in the mountains for ten years when the earthquake started.
4. PERFECT PROGRESSIVE: auxiliary "to have been" ( 2══>3 - "матрешка" ) Соответственно имеем:
PRESENT PERFECT PROGRESSIVE:
I have been living in this town too long. She has been looking for another man. You have been lying to me all this time! We have been speaking all night.
